Refund policy

At Airbaun Perfume, we take pride in providing high-quality fragrances for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help within the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds or returns are only applicable under the following conditions:

Products received are damaged, defective, or incomplete upon delivery.

A refund request is submitted within seven (7) days of receiving the order.

Customers must provide a full unboxing video as proof. The video must clearly show the unopened package, the complete unboxing process, and the condition of the product upon arrival.

Non-Refundable Items

Fragrance dissatisfaction (as scent preference is subjective).

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery.

Cases where no unboxing video is provided as proof.

Products purchased during clearance sales, final sales, or promotional campaigns (unless damaged or incorrect).

Refund Process
To request a refund:

Provide your order number, unboxing video, and supporting photos (if the product is damaged).

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds for online payments will be issued through the original payment method (e.g., Razorpay, Billplz, Stripe).

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Airbaun Perfume will bear the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to reasons not covered under eligibility, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a replacement, please request a refund and place a new order.

Processing Timeline
Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your bank account or card statement, depending on your payment provider. Customers will be notified via email/WhatsApp once the refund is initiated.
