Welcome to Airbaun Perfume. By accessing and using our website (airbaun.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in local currency, either Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or USD for Singapore and Brunei customers. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers and discounts are subject to availability and can be modified or withdrawn at our discretion. All product descriptions, images, and information provided on our website are for reference only and minor variations may occur.
Order Acceptance
An order is considered accepted once payment is successfully processed or Cash on Delivery (COD) confirmation is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or unavailability of stock. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp notification.
Product Availability
All products are ready stock unless clearly stated otherwise. In rare cases of simultaneous purchases or stock errors, we may contact you to offer a replacement product, backorder, or refund.
Payment
We accept payments via Billplz (FPX/Bank Transfer), Stripe (credit/debit cards), and COD in eligible locations. All online payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store your credit or debit card details on our servers. In the case of failed payments, chargebacks, or disputes, order fulfilment may be delayed until the issue is resolved.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines vary by location including Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. Full details can be found in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Airbaun Perfume is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once the shipment is handed over to the courier or runner.
Returns & Refunds
Only products that are defective, incomplete, or incorrect are eligible for return or refund. Customers must provide a full unboxing video as proof for refund or return claims. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take five to seven working days to reflect in your account for online payments. Full details are outlined in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and branding, are the property of Airbaun Perfume (Scentiore Global). Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Uses

We are not responsible for courier delays, customs clearance delays, or any events outside our control. Our maximum liability in any claim shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, government restrictions, internet outages, or pandemics.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
