Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Airbaun Perfume. We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. This policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery timelines, fees, and other important details for customers in Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei.

Delivery Times
Malaysia (Peninsular): 2–4 working days via Ninjavan.
Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 working days via Ninjavan.
Singapore: Estimated delivery timeline will be updated soon.
Brunei: 2–3 working days using a dedicated runner after order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier workload, public holidays, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be notified if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Fees
RM10 for Peninsular Malaysia.
RM15 for Sabah & Sarawak.
International rates (Singapore and Brunei) vary depending on courier and service type, and will be displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available in Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. No deposit is required for COD orders. Please ensure that the exact amount is available at the time of delivery.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment or COD confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Packaging & Handling
All items are shipped in secure packaging to avoid damage during transit. If you receive a damaged package, please record a video upon unboxing and contact our support team immediately.

Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the product has been handed over to the courier or runner. Airbaun Perfume is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party logistics providers or customs.

Undeliverable Packages
In cases where an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or absence at the delivery location, the customer may be responsible for reshipping charges.

International Shipping Disclaimer
For orders outside Malaysia, additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
